Name of the Week: Miami (OH) Edition

I know I said there would be another post yesterday, but it wasn't in the cards. I will probably have that post up tonight. Right now, I'm moderately angry, because in a story I may tell in full detail sometime later, I played a game of Mortal Kombat against my friend and although I didn't know it at the time, it prevented me from meeting Michael Wilbon. So yeah. I'm angry.

Anyway: on to the names. Sort of.

Not to disappoint, but I've skimmed the Miami (OH) roster up and down. Literally. I've read every name on the roster at least twice.

And I've come to the conclusion that there's not a single player on the team which I would be comfortable anointing with the title of Name of the Week. Let's be real: RedHawks' Anthony Shoemaker and Sean Redwine simply don't belong in the same conversation as guys like Nate Paopao, Waynelle Gravesande, and Shady Salamon. And to put them amongst those winners would be a disservice to the trophy. I apologize to any readers who this will disappoint, but it's a decision we need to make. I hope you'll agree with me.

Winner: NO CONTEST.

In happier/more terrifying news, Miami has taken a page out of Purdue's playbook and cloned Nate Williams. My sources cannot confirm or deny that it is in fact, Bizarro Nate Williams, so we'll have to assume it is.
