Texas A&M 33, Northwestern 22: Belated Postgame Thread

Northwestern lost another bowl game, you all saw it. There was no postgame thread before now because Rodger and I were at the game and didn't have internet access and even if we had we would have been too drunk to write anything coherent, so there you go.

We'll have plenty more to say about the game this week. The one clear takeaway from this game (and the entire season, really) is that there need to be changes for Northwestern on defense. The NU defense doesn't have nearly enough talent and what little talent there isn't being utilized very well. There are lots of good players returning at the skill positions on offense, but it won't matter if the defense can never stop anyone.
