It's predictions and previews time! Northwestern plays a game and right now Northwestern has lost two games in a row, but good news! Minnesota has also lost two games in a row, and everybody seems to think that Northwestern is probably better than them!
Do we think Northwestern is probably better than them? Let's find out!?!?!?!
Herman
Guys, the season's over. We're a terrible team and will probably lose every single game. We can't win in the Big Ten and we might as well move down to Division III or NAIA. Pat Fitzgerald sucks, Northwestern sucks, and football sucks.
Northwestern 44-17
MountainTiger
Minnesota can grind out yards on the ground, and Northwestern won't be able to completely shut down their offense. Trevor Siemian, however, will bounce back from his disappointing outing against Wisconsin, and Northwestern's run game will benefit from playing a bad defense.
Northwestern wins, 34-21.

This week, Kain stays on the bench to heal up, while Trevor bounces back from last week's debacle. 'Cats will win because their offense will click at home, and the defense will be just good enough against a chippy Goldy. (We know this script, right 'Cat fans?) Unsubstantiated by any logic prediction: We may also be referring to this game as the "Stephen Buckley" game.
Northwestern, 34-24.

This is the kind of match-up we bought the tarp for.
