This week is #HatWeek, and apparently the State of Illinois is getting in on the fun, bringing Abe Lincoln back to life in miniature form to tell us more about the Northwestern-Illinois rivalry. From this Illinois tourism video, it's clear that Abe Lincoln wasn't the best football player, but one thing is for sure: He loves to hang out at Ryan Field.
