Updated Northwestern football projected 2014 depth chart

Northwestern doesn't release a preseason depth chart, and Pat Fitzgerald likely won't issue one until game week. That can make it difficult to show how position battles are going. However, we have the luxury of watching every practice, so we can update the depth chart after each one to show who is running with the first team and who is running with the second team.

Fitz likes to say that he mixes things up during practices, and while there will certainly be some changes throughout the fall, the players who play with the first team the most are the ones who will generally be the starters in August. So this will be a good way to see who has the edge as the fall progresses. Note: We'll take injuries and other things into consideration, and if we don't have something filled in, it means we didn't get a close enough look to make an accurate judgement. Also, we don't see the special teams practice much, so we might not be able to include them.
