Northwestern vs. Michigan State gamethread

It's been a week since the last time we saw Northwestern basketball, but the Wildcats get back in action today against Michigan State at the Breslin Center. This will be MSU's third game in that same time period, and NU better hope that the Spartans are tired, as they're coming off impressive wins at home against Indiana, and most recently at Iowa.

NU's most recent game was a blowout loss to Wisconsin at home, and NU needs to figure out how to 1) defend the perimeter, and 2) make shots on the perimeter. If the Wildcats don't play much better than they did against the Badgers, they could have more trouble against an MSU team that seems to finally be hitting its stride.
