Northwestern running back Justin Jackson and superback Dan Vitale have been named to the All-Big Ten Second Team by both coaches and media, the conference announced Tuesday evening.

Jackson, a sophomore, ran for 1,344 yards on an FBS-leading 298 carries and 4 touchdowns. He also caught 19 passes for 147 yards. Last season, the coaches named Jackson an honorable mention.
Vitale, a senior, was Northwestern's leading receiver with 355 yards and 4 touchdowns on 33 receptions. He also excelled as a blocker in his tight end-fullback hybrid role. Last season, Vitale was on the honorable mention list.
