Seven Northwestern football players to miss spring practice

Veterans Drew Smith and Greg Kuhar are among those that will miss spring ball due to injury.

At least seven Northwestern football players will miss all of spring practice due to injuries, according to Teddy Greenstein of the Chicago Tribune. Among those seven are Matt Frazier, Drew Smith, Greg Kuhar and Parrker Westphal.

Greenstein also reported that veterans Traveon Henry, Geoff Mogus and Sean McEvilly will be among those limited in practice during the spring.

Spring practice starts this Wednesday and runs through the spring "game" on April 11.
