Northwestern injury report: Cam Dickerson to make season debut

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

Senior wide receiver Cam Dickerson is not listed on Northwestern's injury report for the first time this season, making it likely he will make his 2015 debut during Saturday's matchup with Ball State.

Offensive linement Adam DePietro and Matt Frazier, along with safety Jared McGee are all listed as "out."

DePietro suffered what looked like a pretty serious right leg injury Week 2 against Eastern Illinois and Frazier has been out indefinitely since getting over a staph infection.

McGee was hurt Week 1, but not listed on the injury report ahead of Northwestern's game against Duke last week. This week, though, it seems the backup safety's ailment has returned.

As far as Dickerson is concerned, Northwestern will get back a veteran pass-catcher that the offense has sorely missed. He caught 24 passes last season for 318 yards, but has struggled with drops in his career.

Northwestern hosts Ball State on Saturday night at 7 p.m.
