Northwestern (15-7, 3-6 Big Ten) visits Iowa City Sunday to take on No. 3 Iowa (16-4, 7-1) in an early afternoon game that has the potential to turn ugly, quickly. Having lost four games in a row, the Wildcats are desperate for a victory, but those have been hard to come by against the Hawkeyes this season. Iowa currently sits a game behind Indiana in the win column for first place in the Big Ten.
Iowa, fresh off an extremely successful, albeit slightly surprising, football season, seems to have a similar season going on the hardcourt early in Big Ten play. The Hawkeyes lead the conference in adjusted offensive efficiency, and rank third in adjusted defensive efficiency. They're Ken Pomeroy's No. 2 team nationally.
It will undoubtedly be a tough task for Northwestern, but that's not to say an Iowa letdown isn't possible. Here's how to watch or listen:
