He’s back.
Former Wildcat quarterback Trevor Siemian is back in the mix as the start for the Denver Broncos as they take on the San Diego Chargers on Thursday Night Football.
Siemian missed last week’s game versus the Atlanta Falcons after taking a tough hit the week before versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Consequently, the Broncos suffered their first loss of the year with rookie backup Paxton Lynch at the helm.
Siemian, who was dealing with an AC sprain in his non-throwing shoulder, has been very good this year after a shaky start in the season opener. He won AFC Offensive Player of the Week in Week 3 after a four-touchdown, no-interception performance on the road versus the Bengals.
The game kicks off at 7:25 p.m. CT and can be streamed on Twitter or viewed on CBS. Come discuss the former Northwestern great as he takes to the national stage again!
