Northwestern men’s basketball receiving votes in AP Poll

The Wildcats received four votes.

Following a 2-0 week that was highlighted with a big win over Dayton, Northwestern received four votes in the Week 7 AP Poll that was released on Monday morning.

This is Northwestern’s first appearance in the AP Poll for the 2016-2017 season, and the Wildcats are effectively ranked 34th in the country. They had not received AP Poll votes since Week 8 last season.

Northwestern is also ranked 38th in RPI and 46th in KenPomeroy’s rankings.
