Former Northwestern defensive end Dean Lowry participated in on-field drills at the NFL Combine Sunday, rounding out his involvement in Indianapolis. Lowry's showing was highlighted by his 30 bench press reps on Saturday, and then an official 4.87-second 40-yard dash on Sunday:

What the chart shows is that Lowry is big and strong, but has below average athleticism for a defensive end. That's to be expected though, as Lowry is seen by many teams as a 3-4 defensive end as opposed to an edge rusher.
One important note is that Lowry has inordinately short arms, which can be a real limitation for a defensive lineman.

In addition to the above results, Dean Lowry was timed at 7.26 seconds in the three-cone drill, which tied him for 11th among defensive ends. He also tied for 11th in the 20-yard shuttle with a time of 4.38.
