Northwestern meets Penn State at the Bryce Jordan Center tonight in what is a critical matchup for Big Ten tournament seedings. Here's all you need to know for your pregame information:
- Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT on ESPNU. For full broadcasting information, click here.
- The Wildcats will be without Joey Van Zegeren on Thursday night and for the rest of the season. The backup big man, who had only played sparingly in recent games, injured his knee in practice Monday, per head coach Chris Collins.
- The 9th-, 10th- and 11th-seeds in the conference tournament are still in play for Northwestern. The same can be said for Penn State as well as Nebraska, as Ben Goren explained. (Note: Nebraska, Northwestern's final opponent of the year, already lost to Purdue this week.)
