Former Northwestern center Alex Olah announced that he has signed with Belgian team Belfius Mons-Hainaut, the same team Tre Demps signed with on Wednesday.
Excited to announce that I will be playing professionally for Belfius Mons-Hainaut, in Belgium. Also happy to have Tre Demps as a teammate

The 7-footer struggled with injuries as a senior but got an invite to play in the Summer League with the Pelicans, where he put up some solid numbers. Olah then played for the Romanian national team.
Olah joins his former Northwestern shooting guard Demps on Belfius Mons-Hainaut, which plays in the Belgium Scooore! League.
The Belgium season ended in May and picks back up in early October.
Olah is the all-time leader in blocks in Northwestern program history and has shown decent touch around the basket. Although not a standout athlete, Olah's size should help him earn immediate minutes in Belgium.
With both Olah and Demps playing for the same team, we'll be looking for Scooore! League Pass to hit the Chicagoland area any day now.
