Junior guard Jordan Ash will miss the rest of the season with a lower-body injury, according to Northwestern play-by-play announcer Dave Eanet.
Jordan Ash also out. He’s missed last 2 games, and will miss rest of season

With Bryant McIntosh out for Saturday’s game against No. 2 Michigan State as well, Northwestern’s guard depth is looking very thin. Freshman Anthony Gaines will draw his first start on Saturday, with Scottie Lindsey handling point guard duties. Isiah Brown and Tino Malnati figure to see some minutes off the bench.
In 25 games as McIntosh’s primary backup this season, Ash averaged 2.1 points per game and 1.2 rebounds per contest. He was 11-for-34 from three-point range.
Northwestern and Michigan State tip off momentarily on FOX.
