The ‘Cats will be going with a classic purple-white combo on Saturday, marking the first time they’ll be donning a purple top in conference play. NU wore purple jerseys against UNLV earlier in the season, but not with the white pants. According to Ella Brockway of the Daily Northwestern, the Wildcats are .500 in this uniform combo since 2012 and last wore it at home against Michigan in 2018.
