We’re nearing Thanksgiving, which means Sundays are getting even more important as teams begin the playoff push. Here’s a look at how some former ‘Cats played in Week 11:
Anthony Walker Jr. - LB, Indianapolis Colts
Walker and the Colts emerged with a key victory over division foe Jacksonville. Indy’s defense, anchored by the third-year pro and his four tackles and one pass breakup, allowed just 278 yards of total offense and 13 points on the day.
Sherrick McManis - DB, Chicago Bears
McManis logged one tackle on special teams in what was another Northwestern-like showing for the Bears, who fell to the Rams on Sunday night.
Austin Carr - WR, New Orleans Saints
Carr was inactive for the fourth time this season, and his 2019 catch total remains at one.
Joe Jones - LB, Denver Broncos
In his third game back from injury, Jones played 23 snaps on special teams and made one tackle as the Broncos blew a 20-point lead in a heartbreaking loss to the Vikings.
Ifeadi Odenigbo - DE, Minnesota Vikings
For the second straight week, the second-year defensive lineman made just one tackle, but at a crucial time. His stop of Devontae Booker forced a field goal attempt that kicker Brandon McManus missed, and the Vikings took the lead for good on the next drive.
Justin Jackson - RB, Los Angeles Chargers
The ballcarrier was sidelined once again with a calf injury in LA’s loss to the Chiefs in Mexico City.
Practice Squad Members: Clayton Thorson, QB, Dallas Cowboys; Blake Hance, OT, Jacksonville Jaguars; Montre Hartage, S, Miami Dolphins
