The basketball season is finally here!

After an eventful offseason that saw multiple NU players transfer out of the program and a lacrosse star enter Evanston, the Wildcats will tip-off their 2019-20 campaign from Welsh-Ryan tonight as they take on the Merrimack Warriors. NU held an exhibition game earlier this week, but this marks the official start of the season as they take on a Merrimack team playing in its first season of D1 Basketball.

The Warriors fell to Maine 84-64 in their season opener, and are still in search for their first win as a D1 program.
