A day after landing one of their most desired targets in Gunner Maldonado, the Wildcats locked down yet another member of an already loaded 2020 class. Marshall Lang, a superback out of Cincinnati, announced his commitment today.

NU represented the only Power Five offer that Lang held, but he had offers from five schools, including Kent State, Toledo and Ball State. Lang holds a .7898 composite rating on 247Sports and is rated as a two-star prospect. Lang has a wide frame at 6-foot-4 inches and 225 pounds, and is capable of making defenders miss in open space.

Lang adds to an already loaded class for Fitz and NU. He joins Hunter Welcing as the other superback in the class, and the ‘Cats currently have 13 commits and were ranked 21st nationally before the addition of Lang. You can take a look at his highlights at this link or here.
