Happy Halloween, everyone!
It’s a beautiful day in Iowa City, and the Wildcats are set to take on the Hawkeyes in hopes of advancing to 2-0 to start their season. Northwestern hopes to replicate both its offensive and defensive success from its 40-point win over Maryland while Iowa attempts to resolve its early-season woes from the loss to Purdue in Week One.
Be sure to check out how to watch as well as Inside NU’s staff predictions for the matchup. Stay tuned to the thread for injury updates, and as always, join us in the comment section throughout the game.
Injury Updates
After missing last week’s matchup with Maryland, Greg Newsome II is dressed to play but only in case of emergency, according to Northwestern.
Of note: Greg Newsome is in uniform and in the warmup lines. NU's number one corner was out last game, and they'd do well to have him available in at least some capacity against the dynamic Hawkeye receivers.
