The six-foot commit excelled at wide receiver and in the return game throughout high school thus far, and his play earned him offers from Yale, Brown, Connecticut and Temple, among others.
It isn’t the most notable recruit for Northwestern, as Gray is a three-star with a .81 247Sports composite, but it is an important pickup to get the ball rolling on Northwestern’s next class. Each Big Ten school outside of Michigan State had already snagged one or more players before today.
